Garrett B. Peters serves as coverage and monitoring counsel for clients in connection with various types of professional liability insurance, including directors and officers, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, financial institutions errors and omissions, and trustee’s errors and omissions, within various types of complex commercial disputes, including antitrust, wage and hour, shareholder derivative litigation as well as government investigations and regulatory enforcement actions. Garrett has assisted clients with endorsement drafting, bad faith issues, and other complicated coverage aspects.
