Frank J. Stretz provides counseling, claims management, and claims resolution services to clients in the insurance industry. Mr. Stretz has assisted with issuing coverage opinions and served as monitoring and coverage counsel to his clients in connection with various types of professional liability insurance, including directors and officers, errors and omissions, fiduciary liability, and employment practices coverage. In that role, Mr. Stretz has investigated claims arising from complex commercial litigation, including class action and derivative litigation, employment practices liability litigation, ERISA litigation, distressed bank litigation, and professional negligence. Mr. Stretz has participated in numerous mediations on behalf of his clients and resolved disputes short of protracted litigation.
Mr. Stretz received his J.D., summa cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law, where he was elected as the Executive Editor of the DePaul Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
